1. Check your Internet connection and restart download.
2. Temporary disable your Antivirus software.
3. Setup your firewall

Firewall software can restrict the Internet access to the application.

• If you are getting a firewall alert, select 'Allow access for MacShiny'.
• Then try to restart downloading.

Try one of the following ways to find MacShiny installer file:

1. 
   Click the ‘arrow’ icon in the top-right corner of the Firefox window. Then double-click on ‘MacShiny’ file.
2. 
   Open Spotlight search by clicking the magnifying glass icon in the upper-right corner of your screen. Type ‘MacShiny’ and hit the Return(Enter) key.
3. 
   Click on Finder on the left side of your Taskbar. Type ‘MacShiny’ in the search field. Then double-click the file named 'MacShiny'

1. Once the installer is launched, run the program by clicking 'Continue’ button, and then ‘Install’ button.
2. 
   Type your Admin password and click ‘Install’
3. 
   Press "Start Scan" on the screen after launching to clean, optimize and protect your Mac.

1. Go to 'System Preferences' -> 'Security and Privacy' -> Click on 'Open Anyway'
   near file named 'MacShiny'.
   Type in your password to modify settings and click 'Open'.
2. Find the downloaded file and right-click on it. Select 'Open'.

Temporary disable you antivirus software to download and install MacShiny.
